The combiblock has integrated the functions of blowing, filling,
and capping. It's controlled by PLC, the touch screen would
demonstrate the various parameters, such as heating temperature,
pressure change curve in blowing process, filling liquid level
position etc. If customers want to have any adjustments, they just
need to change the parameters on the screen.

Working process
► Blowing system
! In-line ion gas duster, which is preform purification technology,
cleans the preform.
! High-efficiency and energy saving preform heating technology help
save much electrical power in preform heating part.
! It adopts the gripper transfer technology accurately controlled by
cam mechanism. It is very stable and reliable while transferring
preforms and bottle at high speed.Preform picking & sending and
bottle picking & ranking are all finished by grippers to avoid
middle pollution.
! Self-adaptation two-step blowing technology ensure the smooth and
effective blowing process, from which produce high-quality bottles.

► Filling machine
1). Clip the bottle neck with steel starwheel. There is no need to
adjust the equipment height when changing the bottle shape whose
diameters have no change.
2). Rotating disks all make from stainless steel ANSI304. Large
planar toothed bearings can ensure the stable operation of machine.
3). High-precision electronic liquid level filling valve makes fast
and slow fillings possible.
4). Automatic washing cup can circularly and thoroughly clean the
filling valve through CIP cleaning program.
5). Integrate filling valve with bottle lifting mechanism. The
simplified structure makes cleaning easier and could improve the
stability of the machine. Bottleneck is clipped by clippers.
6). High-speed and high-precision filling valve: 200ml/s, ± 2mm.

►Capping machine
1). Full bottles will enter capping machine via transition
starwheel. The anti-rotation knife of capper blocks bottle neck to
keep bottle vertical and prevent rotation. Capping heads keep
revolution and do rotation. Under effect of cam, the action of
gripping cap, sleeve cap, screwing cap and discharging cap to
finish the whole capping process. The finished bottles are
deliveryed via bottle-out starwheel onto bottle-out conveyor, and
then are sent out of the blowing-filling-capping combiblock system.
